Swiggy & Marriott Bonvoy® Partnership Program
Terms and Conditions

Benefits pursuant to this Swiggy & Marriott Bonvoy Partnership Program (the “Program”) are limited to individuals who: (a) have enrolled as member of both the Marriott Bonvoy® loyalty program and have a valid account on Swiggy; and (b) have linked their Marriott Bonvoy® account with their Swiggy account (“Linked Account Members”). By linking your Marriott Bonvoy® account with Swiggy account, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

Marriott Bonvoy® Points on Qualifying Swiggy Transactions: Linked Account Members will earn 5 Marriott Bonvoy® Points (“Points”) upon completion of a Qualifying Swiggy Transaction.

“Qualifying Swiggy Transaction” means any purchase transaction on Swiggy Food Delivery, Instamart & Dineout, with a minimum value of INR 500 (can be inclusive of taxes and delivery charges), made by a Linked Account Member, of eligible products.

A Linked Account Member may earn a maximum of 1000 Marriott Bonvoy Points per Qualifying Swiggy Transaction.

Marriott Bonvoy Points will typically be credited within 48 to 72 hours after the Qualifying Swiggy transaction is completed.

Additional Terms

  1. By linking your Marriott Bonvoy® and Swiggy accounts, you agree that Swiggy and Marriott Bonvoy® (and their affiliates) may share your information (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Qualifying Transaction information) for the purpose of facilitating the award of Points into your Marriott Bonvoy® account under these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the Marriott Group Global Privacy Statement.
  2. The Marriott Bonvoy® Loyalty program, including without limitation participation in this Program and the redemption of Points, is governed by the Marriott Bonvoy® Program Rules.
  3. You may de-link your Marriott Bonvoy® and Swiggy accounts at any time. It will take up to 48 hours to delink the accounts.
  4. Marriott Bonvoy® and Swiggy reserve the right to change, modify, suspend, and/or terminate the offers and benefits provided by the Program at any time without notice. Offers void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply. Determinations of eligibility are made in Swiggy and Marriott’s sole discretion. Swiggy and Marriott reserve the right to review and investigate all Program activities. Swiggy and Marriott further reserve the right to unlink accounts as a result of suspected fraud, a change in eligibility, or termination or suspension of the Program. Swiggy and Marriott reserve the right to cancel, revoke, and/or adjust Points earned where there has been, in the opinion of Swiggy or Marriott, fraudulent activity, suspected abuse, and/or violation of the Terms and Conditions, or where a refund has been provided in connection with a Qualifying Swiggy Transaction.
  5. Marriott and Swiggy reserve the right to terminate the Program or to change, limit, modify or cancel the Terms and Conditions, benefits, awards, and special offers, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. Continuing to be enrolled in the Program and participating in any of the offers provided the Terms and Conditions after any such changes or modifications are made to these the Terms and Conditions will indicate agreement to the changes and modifications.
  6. Marriott Bonvoy® and its affiliated brands and hotels are the registered trademarks and/or service marks of Marriott International, Inc. and its affiliates.  Marriott International, Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for goods or services offered by Swiggy or its affiliates.

 

Swiggy One Membership Terms & Conditions:

  1. After successfully linking of Marriott Bonvoy and Swiggy accounts, Elite members will receive an email from Marriott Bonvoy with their Swiggy One membership code within 14 working days, provided the member has a valid email address registered with Marriott Bonvoy.
  2. The voucher codes are issued by Swiggy to activate Swiggy One membership.
  3. All transactions on the Platform will be subject to the other terms and conditions of provision of Services, as enumerated in Swiggy Terms and Conditions.
  4. User Benefits of Swiggy One Membership:
    • Unlimited free deliveries on all restaurants up to 7 km on orders above Rs.99
    • Additionally, up to 30% extra discounts over and above other offers
    • Unlimited free Instamart deliveries on orders above Rs. 199
    • No Surge fee on Instamart orders above 399
    • Exclusive access to Pre-book deals on Dineout Reservations
  5. Once the membership is activated, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
  6. The distances from the restaurant location to the customer’s location shall be captured as per Google Map driving directions data at the time of placing the Order. Swiggy shall not be held responsible or liable for the accuracy or efficacy of such data.
  7. Swiggy One benefits are available to orders above a certain amount as mentioned in the benefit section.
  8. Additional discounts specific to the Swiggy One program will be applicable on the discounted values of the food items post application of any generally available coupons on the Platform.
  9. If you have an existing Swiggy One plan then this plan will get extended automatically post expiry of your existing plan. If you are a Swiggy One Blck subscriber and you use this voucher then your plan will be downgraded to Swiggy One.
